I am running for re-election to continue what I’ve started – supporting real and lasting solutions in the State Senate. No more “kicking the can down the road” for future generations to deal with.
With my background in business, I’m focused on reducing the tax burden and stimulating economic growth. Our local families sacrifice a great deal for the future, stretching and saving our hard-earned money. Why should government operate any differently?
I’m dedicated to a safer and stronger Kentucky. But I can’t do it alone! We need every conservative in the Commonwealth fighting for a better Kentucky.

- Steve Meredith represents our families in Breckinridge, Butler, Grayson, Meade and Ohio Counties.
- He has served faithfully since 2016 and works tirelessly to cut unnecessary spending.
- Steve’s primary motivation for seeking office is to leave his grandchildren (and all young people in our state) a better world for them to live in and in which to thrive.
- While in office, Steve has worked on issues that address the critical shortage of healthcare workers in Kentucky, strategies to increase education funding, and preventing government from clogging up business and healthcare sectors with unnecessary red tape.
